  This is the best Maple Farm I've visited. They have a perfect mix of the old and new. New mechanical systems for filtering, but still using wood to fire the sap into syrup.
  I took a group of kids to visit and they helped them make maple candies, answered all their random questions, let them taste the different grades of syrup, and showed them the whole process from sap collection to jarring.
  Brian and Julie we're so wonderful! Put this sugar shack on your bucket list!
